Dr BjornTravelled solo · Sep 14These are the top three things we really enjoyed and appreciated: the breakfast buffet, the comfy kingsize bed and the friendly staff. Nice roomservice as well. The beef quesadilla and the cheeseburger are highly recommended. Good media on the TV, not just three channels.
Better book a room that says "riverview". We didn't, so our view was a multi-story carpark. And some of the swimming pool area was under construction, which kind of killed the vibe. So did the shopping mall part of it, actually. It's hard to tell where the resort starts and where the mall stops. The only really calm area is the spa.

NafisaTravelled as a couple · Sep 8The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, and the hotel has such a peaceful, calming atmosphere. I especially loved how much Thai culture is represented throughout the property — it felt authentic and thoughtfully incorporated. I even picked up a few Thai phrases from the lovely staff! There’s also a shopping plaza directly opposite the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and most were delicious. Overall, the hotel is large, beautiful, and well maintained. There’s an hourly boat shuttle to the Icon Siam which is great!
The room furnishings feel a little dated and could benefit from a more modern refresh. The hotel is also somewhat far from the main city-centre areas, so getting around can be a bit challenging, especially with Bangkok’s heavy traffic.

i was promised tha the blocked amount on my credit card would be refunded within 4 days of check out but still not received even after a month
