It was hard to get a clear response from the staff regarding pick up and check in. We were arriving late and we wanted to know if we can expect anyone to actually pick us up and if we will be able to check in around 1am-2am. The breakfast was also a bit weak.

AureliaTravelled with family · Oct 17L'hôtel propose un service de navette aéroport gratuit pour venir chercher et déposer. Le service navette est à revoir. Bien que nous ayons envoyé un message à l'hôtel leur indiquant notre heure d'arrivée à l'aéroport, il a fallu attendre 40minutes la navette. Pareil pour la navette pour se rendre a l'aéroport le lendemain matin, c'est 1 navette par heure...et pas quand on en a besoin.

ตอนเช็กเอาต์พนักงานกล่าวหาว่าฉันหยิบหมอนของโรงแรมไปแต่ที่จริงแล้วพนักงานตรวจสอบห้องไม่รอบคอบเองเป็นการกล่าวหาลูกค้าแบบลอยๆทั้งที่ไม่ใช่ความจริงและไม่มีการขอโทษเมื่อพนักงานพบหมอนที่เตียงนอน

冷氣聲音很大有點影響睡眠，熱水不夠熱。

ItamarTravelled with family · Oct 15מלון חמוד שנמצא 10 דקות נסיעה משדה התעופה. כשנוחתים צריך להזמין את השאטל ולוקח לו בערך עשרים דקות חצי שעה להגיע מרגע ההזמנה. להמראה יש שאטל מהמלון פעם בשעה. ארוחת בוקר חמודה מאוד יש שוק מתחת למלון וסבן אילבן.
