Room decoration is nice, minimal but nice and the air condition is working well. The room is clean and the beds are firm. The staff is nice with great hospitality.

The lavatory is too small and not comfortable for using, the doors are translucent which is a little awkward when you use the lavatory.

Well maintained, beautiful interior, many sweet details in every corner. Wasn’t too busy when we were there, sometimes we felt like we were the only people in the whole building! We took a double room with en suite bathroom; the room was spacious, included a mini balcony (good to dry clothes), the bed was huuuge and really comfy. Good ac, great shower pressure. There’s a mini terrace by the entrance, we’d sit there in the evenings. Saw some reviews saying the property was ‘far grom everything’- I do not know what ‘everything’ is for other people, but the old town is 13 min on foot and we walked everywhere every day all week. Nothing seemed ‘far’ for us. The street is silent during the day and gets more lively in the evenings; there are plenty of places to eat, the night market is around 15 mins on foot. Great coffee accross the street (The Heart coffee), a good barber as well, a coconut place 3 mins to the right accross the street, mango sticky rice in the little roundabout, 7/11 2 mins to the left. Loved the location. Paid 71 baht to go to the airport by Bolt, what a bargain!

It was not a problem for us but there’s almost never anyone in reception. If you like to have someone there, you might be disappointed; we were fine, plus, we were given a number to call in case we needed anything by the person who checked us in (Queen, lovely name). Also, the main door lock is opened and closed with a code; many residents do not check it twice so 8/10 times the door is left unlocked which made us feel slightly unsafe, given there was no one in reception to sift through who would be coming in, but the area felt generally very safe so probably just weird for suspicious european eyes. Apart from this I cannot think of absolutely anything to complain about, we had a great stay!

I really like the design of this hostel. The room was spacious, the bed was soft, and there were a few English stations. The bathroom was also spacious and the water was pretty hot. The location was about a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and Central mall. The breakfast was simple, but good. Good coffee. The atmosphere was modern but comfortable. The only downside was the noise from the street. I can usually sleep through noise, but it was jolted out of sleep by the motorcycles that zoomed by at night and early in the morning. Perhaps if I had a room on the back it wouldn’t have been a problem. That is the only reason why I don’t plan to stay there again. Everything else lovely, comfortable, and convenient. Service was good and the Internet worked well. Helpful and kind owners!

I was looking forward to stay at the hotel since I read all of the positive feedback in many website. However, when I arrived to Chiangmai Airport and grab a cab to the hotel. I hadn’t noticed any messsage on my phone due to I set sound off. Both of hotel staff and expidia staff tried to reach me on as they canceled my booking on the same day of my arrival. I was informed about the situation once I arrived to the hotel. Hotel staff informed me that the hotel was overbooked and had to relocate me to another hotel nearby. FYI, I booked the hotel more than 3 months in advance but they still decided to cancel my booking with them. And what worst is that, it was so urgent which caught me off guard that I had to go along since I didn’t have much choice. The hotel they moved me to was nice but they room that I assigned to had no in-room shower and toilet facility. I was super disapointed by their decision. I trusted their reputation that I also do have more booking with them in the future. But now I’m thinking of cancel the booking because i am afriad that they will do the same to me. Please be careful when you book for this hotel, especially during high season. You may experience the same thing as me. Also, Expedia need to revise regulation for last minute cancel with partners. Since Expedia has strict regulations with customer in the same aspect but not with your partners. It really reflects how much you care about your customer.

ロケーションも良いしそこそこ広い

繁華街の交差点の真ん前なので騒音が24:00くらいまでは、そこそこうるさい、それ以降はまあ何とかなる。
