Basic hotel. Room was OK and bed OK. Staff very helpful. Had to walk a bit to find a suitable restaurant. Breakfast was not so special
室外から施錠出来ず外出時バツク持ち出かけ不便だつた 部屋は補助鍵、2個有り一応安心しました。 シャワーにブース(カーテン)なく使えなかった、床全体が濡れ、トイレ、洗面器が使え無くなる。 トイレツトペーパー無い、BoXは有り(忘れた--かも まだ、ありますが この位にします。
Hôtel ok mais derrière lui une discothèque karaoké fonctionnant jusqu'à 2 heures du matin et pas d'insonorisation des fenêtres...bon dépannage pour une nuit de transit pas plus !

Great hotel for the price. Room are very clean, but bed are hard like everywhere in thailand. I was only there for one night to grab my flight the next morning. Service is excellent and they provide free thai breakfast. Staff was very helpful
- Nettes Personal - Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut für den Preis - Zimmer laufen überall diese kleinen Tierchen rum aber das ist wohl normal in Thailand - Kompetenz des Personals lässt zu wünschen übrig (Wissen nicht wann wo eine Fähre geht; Waren der Meinung, dass wir kein Frühstück gebucht haben) - eher nicht so die Touristengegend - Preis ist völlig okay - integriertes Restaurant - Duschstrahl ist wie aus einer Miniwasserpistole
I stayed at the Hotel for 6 nights. The room is good and clean. However, just the shower is quite old and not good condition. The staff is very nice. Recommend for budget traveller.
The previous time I was in Surat Thaini I had a really bad experience. The hotel room was dirty, had no AC and no sink in the toilet. This time I chose The One hotel and was impressed. The rooms are cheap, lovely and clean, there is proper air conditioning and the staff are friendly. It is situated next to a nice bar/restaurant and there are shops nearby so I decided to stay an extra night. I have had a much better experience this time and would definately reccommend the One Hotel to anyone staying in Surat Thaini.
very basic! no free bottled water. breakfast is so so..hmmm, don't think i'll comeback🤔 and i thought ST is not for tourist, unless you have plans of going islands (koh samui or koh tao)..it's just me😜
It is convenient to city center and night markets. Spacious room. Only cons is shower.Anyway very reasonable stay.Satisfied.
