We had an issue with the bed (a spring was sticking out) and they replaced the mattress the next day. Air conditioning was very good. A Swiss restaurant is attached to the building. A tuk tuk takes you to the end of the Soi. Close to the BTS and Terminal 21 and plenty of restaurants. Cash machine on site as well.
The view overlooks a trash area. Apartment needs a deep cleaning. Not a full set of cutlery. Very cheap plates, forks and knives and only 2 or 3 of each. We asked for another pillow and we were told we would be charged for it.
