น้ำอ่อน เครื่องทำน้ำร้อนไม่ได้ทำให้น้ำร้อนเลย ทีวีดูไม่ได้ไม่มีกล่องสัญญาณ ตอนเช็คอินหาพนักงานไม่เจอไม่รู้ว่าต้องไปติดต่อที่ตรงไหน เหมือนเดินไปมั่วๆ

ที่พักกับที่ลงในbooking ค่อนข้างกำกวม ทำให้สับสน ห้องที่พักที่ลงกับห้องจริง ไม่เหมือนกัน ห้องจริงแคบ ทึบ อับไม่เหมาะกับสัตว์เลี้ยง ควรแจ้งรายละเอียดให้ชัดเจนว่าห้องนี้บรรยากาศแบบนี้ ไม่ควรลงรูปรวมกับห้องอื่นๆพื้นที่อื่นๆเพื่อเกิดความเข้าใจผิด ทำให้คนbookingเกิดความเข้าใจผิดและเปลี่อนห้องในวันที่ไปถึง และจ่ายใหม่ต้องสูญเสียเงินพันกว่าบาทในการยกเลิกและเลือกพักห้องใหม่เพราะมีสัตว์เลี้ยง ไม่ประทับใจทั้งที่เคยมาที่นี้เป็นครั้งที่2 แต่ผิดหวังค่ะคงไม่ไปอีกแล้วค่ะ
