I had requested for early check in or Late check out through booking.com they told subject to availability. But charged for both (3,275 Bhat) early check in and check out, even they misbehaved and told if you dont like dont come to our hotel & even said if you dont pay we will call police, such Threatening words from Pathetic staff. They should clearly mention on booking that there property is under renovation all the time there were workers making sound on work which was unbearable. Wifi was not working.
