Great hotel very good service would stay again very nice staff John and mon
Entered my first room and was immediately greeted by a cockroach. Internet was extremely poor so they transferred me to another room (after 20 minutes of going back and forth wasting time), which was effectively a DOWNGRADE from the type of room I had ordered. No refund was proffered. The new room, which did have improved internet, unfortunately had a mosquito population, and I am not exaggerating, of at least 50. I killed 30-40 mosquitoes and there were still plenty left when I evacuated that dengue fever pit.
There are few 4-5 star hotels in the small Thai village of Phrae, I would rate this one a 3. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The pool is decent size and clean. Hotel is centrally located, close to airport and night market. Facility is a bit old, elevator not working, but clean and breakfast was good (both Thai and western options).
The food was excellent and appropriately priced. Only one small thing, there was no soap at the sink. It was not a problem as I always travel with my own.
very nice room and comfortable bed. Enticing pool
Awesome friendly service..thank you
A very pleasant surprise! Wonderful pool, great breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. I'll definitely be returning.
A good sized hotel without the over the top service you get in big hotels
