The room was not safe for senior e.g. high step of the stairs than usual,high tank of bath tube (need to climb up), slippery of the bathroom floor, flooding at the balcony etc.

Room and balcony was very spacious but facilities feel a bit old, e.g. A/C very noisy, shower head plugged. Breakfast has not offered much variety. Very good was the free cart service for internal transportation

Nothing really, only that is a bit further away from the highlights, but no problem since you can order a tuc u anytime at the recepcion.
