The staff wrote to me on booking that there is free airport transportation but there wasn’t and I discovered it at the morning of my flight

Stepping out of property straight onto a busy laneway, several times i stepped straight into traffic, need to take care.

The women who runs this place are always smiling at you and helpful whenever you need, i'm gonna miss this place and i'm gonna miss Chiang Mai. Best city i've been to in Thailand

Lo segundo es el desastre que tienen montado en la recepción (muebles, trastos, etc)...no nos pidieron ni el pasaporte. Y tercero, las fotos no corresponden, hay camas que parecen hechas de hormigón. No hemos descansado nada. Menos mal que solo ha sido una noche. Estábamos en dos habitaciones, una doble (medianamente aceptable) y una triple (pésima). No entiendo la puntuación que tienen en Booking
