La atención de los camareros y de los trabajadores muy buena. Siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. La habitación está muy bien, y además, cambian toallas cada vez que lo necesites (incluso más de una vez por día) El restaurante también muy bien( desayuno, comida y cenas) Nos gustó mucho

Essen war auch lecker und zwei Mal am Tag gab es eine Happy Hour, die wir auch ausnutzten. Es gab auch kostenlose Angebote wie Yoga Klassen und einen Kochkurs für die Thaiküche!
Ich hätte den Aufenthalt auch mit ausgezeichnet bewertet, wäre das Hotel nicht zur Hälfte, eventuell sogar 2/3, mit Israelischen Touristen ausgebucht. Als Deutscher muss man ja immer recht vorsichtig sein, mit solchen Äußerungen, allerdings war es wirklich auffällig. Den Pool hatten Sie für sich vereinnahmt und es war sehr laut. Pool Regeln wurden missachtet, sodass zeitweilig das Hotel einen Security aufstellten musste. Unser Liege wurde einmal geklaut, ein anderes Mal wurden fremde Sachen, einfach auf unsere drauf gelegt. Diese Erfahrungen hat uns das Hotelpersonal leider bestätigt. Es scheint aber so, dass die Hauptnationalitäten variieren und vor einigen Jahren, waren wohl Chinesen. Deswegen würde ich ein Aufenthalt im Banana Fan Sea Resort, zukünftig auch nicht kategorisch ausschließen.

Beim Frühstück und am Pool war es manchmal etwas voll. Ist halt high Season.
