I’ve stayed here alone many times and have always been impressed by this place. One day, I made a mistake—I left my phone in the bathroom, and it went missing. Despite it being entirely my own fault, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help. They searched, investigated, and coordinated everything with great care and professionalism, even while I was under a lot of emotional stress. Everyone took responsibility and supported me in a way that deeply moved me. This place truly is wonderful—because of the amazing people who make it so.
Good room good price friendly staff at lobby location is center near Mrt and i got the room upper floor is good view my room have bath tab also wi-fi is fast
I have been there befor but the hotel weint down a little. Roms a very used.Breakfast is for travelgroups ,so very cheap
This is a Chinese tour hotel, full of rude people and bus loads of arrivals choking up elevators. The food options were absolutely terrible. Lucky for grab. The front counter staff member told me I had to pay 1000 deposit for room key, which is questioned. Suddenly the supervisor shouted at me across another customer, and made my check in extremely uncomfortable in front of my wife. The WORST service I have ever encountered in any hotel around the world. A truely horrible woman, I felt so sorry for the staff who have to work with such a disgusting behaviour. She really should be sacked. There are much better hotels for the price. Unless you are part or a Chinese tour I’d avoid this place and never go back.

Property in need of a good spruce up. Front Office staff not very professional not very pleasant. Wifi the poorest I have experienced. I do not recommend! Plenty of better choices in BKK.
