No breakfast inside even to buy Ala Carte doesn't have , so you must have car to go drive by yourself . The smart TV is broken , the connecting phone to lobby is broken , the remote control for air-conditioned is broken too , its already set up the coldness wherein not really cold .

Dirty room. Jacuzzi was so dirty, that we couldn't use it. TV was not working. Overpriced. 122$ for one night, can find much better around. 4 or 5 persons at reception didn't help us about parking, umbrella (was heavy rain), luggage, etc. So unfriendly staff I never met in Thailand for 10 years traveling here. Shocked and upset about it. This hotel must be in black list. Highly not recommended.

The beds, two mattresses pushed together doesnt really work as the mattresses slid apart on a flat wooden platform. The bed was uncomfortable, and the undersheet was easily pulled off the mattress covering pad, however, I realised that was standard and did not make any complaint.
