บางจุดในบริเวณพื้นที่ขาดการดูแลบำรุง ปล่อยรกร้าง ( ซึ่งเข้าใจได้ และั ยอมรับได้ ) ทำให้ความสบบายตาลดลงไปเล็กน้อย

ลักษณะห้องอาบน้ำเป็นกึ่ง open air ที่มีฝาผนังเป็นไม้ระแนงด้านข้าง 2 ด้าน ไม่ค่อยมีความปลอดภัยเนื่องจากไม้ระแนงระหว่างชิ้นมีช่องว่างทำให้มองเห็นจากข้างนอกได้ ซึ่งควรมีการปรับปรุงหรือซ่อมแซมในส่วนนี้ (แต่ทั้งนี้คิดว่าช่องว่างระหว่างชิ้นของไม้ระแนงอาจจะเกิดจากการใช้งานที่นานแล้วทำให้ไม้เกิดการแอ่นหรือพองตัว ถ้าที่พักแก้ไขในส่วนนี้ได้จะดีมากเลยค่ะ)# ห้อง502#
