Disappointing

Aircon was good and I was able to change rooms to a ground floor unit as I had a bicycle

It's pretty basic and not value for money. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mould 😟. Stayed in plenty of budget hotels so I know what to expect. This place really ticked no boxes.

Comfortable, quiet overnight stay

- Friendly host who speaks fluent English. - Little balcony to hang clothes. - Parking areas for motorcycles. - Racks and hangers. - Clean, spacious twin bed room. - 5mins walk to 7-11.

- No outdoor seating/chilling area

Will stay again for sure when passing thru Chiang Kham

Superb value for the price. Excellent place for a great place for a single guy to crash for the night. Very clean place for the price
