Very good · based on 5,503 reviewsAI summaryOverall very positive impressions (comfortable, clean, great location and helpful staff) with some recurring negatives (breakfast quality, occasional service at restaurant, AC/odd smells) that keep it from being outstanding.
Cleanliness8.2
Generally described as clean and comfortable, but multiple notes about a stale/closed-in smell when AC is off and at least one report of hair on a pillow; some wear-and-tear reported.Service9.4
Consistently praised reception and front-desk staff as very helpful and friendly across many reviews; minor issues with restaurant/breakfast service being understaffed or unfriendly were mentioned but do not outweigh the strong praise for overall staff.Location9.8
Repeatedly highlighted as an excellent, very central location (near Khao San Road and main attractions); quiet despite proximity to main road in several reports.Room8.0
Rooms described as comfortable and often spacious with good amenities (smart TV), but some guests reported small/aged rooms, shower hardware issues, leaks and split AC units that affect sleep comfort.Amenities9.4
Rooftop pool, terrace and room amenities (smart TV, pool access) are frequently praised and considered standout features.Value for money7.8
Value is mixed: good location and service noted, but multiple guests found breakfast expensive or of poor quality and one review questioned 4-star level versus price.Food and drink7.4
Food and breakfast receive several criticisms (hard bread, poor pancakes, limited buffet, inconsistent quality); a few guests praised the breakfast, but negative comments are more frequent.

Extra services like laundry were quite expensive. The price for a simple white cup that we broke in the room was outrageous and unfair
