This property is more upscale than I expected. The rooftop restaurant is very nice too with panoramic views of Mandalay. I made friends with the owner too, he is a very warm and welcoming gentleman.
Good location near Ngamwongwan cleanness should be improve. Smell in the room is not good.
Basically hotel is very far from city and it’s taking too much to reach to city.
