Great breakfast, very friendly staff, clean room, and a great cafe downstairs. It was really nice being walking distance to Lumphini park.

Hotel tres bien localisé. Notre appartement 1 chambre était spacieux et les lits confortables. Le petit dejeuner était bon également. Je recommande car bon rapport qualité prix

Seul bémol, la première nuit notre appartement sentait la peinture. Ils ont du passer un petit coup de peinture juste avant qu'on arrive. Mais le lendemain ca allait deja mieux.

The hotel is an approximate 10 minute walk to the US Embassy

The drain in the shower is inadequate. I was standing in water while showering. The water faucet in the sink is designed poorly Water splashes out onto the counter.. They stop room service at 4 in the afternoon making it impossible to order dinner.

プール、朝食、ジムなどの施設はちゃんとあり、快適に過ごせます。ホテルロビーに両替マシンと、素敵なカフェもあるにはありがたいです。

アーリーチェックインを事前に何度か相談しましたが返答がないまま、当日着いてNGを言われてしまい、その点結構不便とあとあと大変でした。それ以外は総じて快適です。

I stay here all the time. It is a good value-for-money hotel with everything I need.

Some rooms the aircondition does not work properly. They might say it is the senor/regulator. I found that in some rooms it is more. So insist on a room change if they problem persists.

I woke up in the middle of the night to a rat on my bedside table.. I checked out the next day and I am yet to receive my money back for the additional 2 nights I paid for .. the staff said they would refund me, however it has been months of back and forth with booking.com and now the staff have ghosted booking.com !!! I now need to chase them for a refund for the nights I DID NOT STAY ..

No communication when it doesn’t suit them ..

سيارة التوصيل إلى الشارع الرئيسي يجب أن تكون كل نصف ساعه بدلا من ساعه، عدم وجود منشر للملابس في الغرفه، باب البلكونه لم يكن يغلق بشكل جيد، عدم توفر الأكل الحلال في بوفيه الفندق، السعر مرتفع
