Amazing and an unforgettable experience with a bit of twists

At the start they gave us an unsanitary and not private villa but day 2 they fixed it they gave us a new villa and made sure we were comfortable i would like to really thank the reception and our buttler yuzu amazing people

Simply the Best Staff

We had the absolute pleasure at staying at V Villas for 14 nights. The accommodation was lovely, and the private pools a great size to laze around in for extended stays. What really made this stay amazing was our personal butler, Aom, who was on hand throughout our stay. Aom was simply amazing. And ensured we had an awesome stay!! We came into contact with so many lovely members of the team, Villazzo is the restaurant used for breakfast, along with lunch & dinner on offer, staff member Tom was the standout here & it was always lovely seeing her during our stay. Akoya is a beachfront bar, where we spent each evening watching the day turn to night, the food here was great, but again team members Switch, Neng, Game, Spy & Jo made this very memorable, and enjoyable. We also utilised the spa facilities, and enjoyed the afternoon tea which are both worth a try during your stay. The hardest part about leaving was the people, but they will also be the reason we return.

Ondanks slechte start een geweldig verblijf.

De privacy, de persoonlijke butlerservice en het grote prive zwembad. Niet te vergeten het ontbijt op de kamer.

De slechte start die we gemaakt hadden. Voor een kinder bed vragen ze absurd veel geld. Bij alle 5 sterren hotels is dat gewoon gratis. Ook de korting op eten en drinken van 15 procent via booking.com wilde ze niet accepteren. Door tussenkomst van booking.com accepteerde ze het opeens wel.
