Mould in bedroom and bathroom. No hot water to shower both days of my stay and water pressure was really poor. Poor service from reception, waiting staff at breakfast and general none existent customer service level. Breakfast was poor also. Not an acceptable range of options for breakfast. Omelette was more like an egg pancake.

The receptionist is poor attitude, specially the Filipino lady who served us this morning)11 October 2026) she said us to not come again next time. So we decided to leave and refunded our money. If there is a problem, usually manager or supervisor will discuss and nicely solve but in this hotel, the employees can throw tantrum like we live in their house.
