It is far from the center and not easy to find a convenience store.

The room

The atmosphere and facilities were fine, but the lifts were always crowded and jammed. There was not much choice for breakfast, and most of the customers wore pajamas, with children and ladies having messy hair.

We will stay here again. The value for the money was there. The buffet was great.

Beds were comfortable staff was nice. The playroom was great for my little kids. The pool was also nice. The location is good! They do have a shuttle that takes you to the mall.

Extremely disappointed stay

Extremely Disappointing Stay A very disappointing experience at Center Point Prime Pattaya. Our child was hurt, and when we requested a small amount of ice for immediate relief, the staff refused to provide it. We also requested a pair of scissors simply to cut some fruits and vegetables that we wanted to eat in our room, and that request was refused as well. These are basic, harmless requests that one would reasonably expect a hotel to assist with, especially when a child is involved. Unfortunately, the staff came across as extremely uncourteous, unhelpful, and inflexible. A hotel is not just about rooms and facilities—it is also about hospitality and how guests are treated when they need a little assistance. Based on our experience, Center Point Prime Pattaya does not live up to that standard and would not be our choice for a future stay.
