The staff truly made our stay special. A big thank you to Smile and Chalisa at the reception for being incredibly kind, attentive and going above and beyond for us. The breakfast team was also very friendly and welcoming. If we come back to Phuket, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The family who owns and runs the place truly goes above and beyond - everything is done to a very high standard, and you can feel the care in every detail! The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the location is peaceful and quiet - perfect for relaxing. I also have to highlight the common kitchen: there’s an amazing variety of snacks available, along with tea, coffee, and even eggs! It basically feels like breakfast is included 🤭 There are more than enough cooking supplies, so you really feel at home. Another big plus is that the hotel offers access to a washing machine and dryer, which saves you the hassle of going to laundromats. They also provide plenty of bottled drinking water, which is very convenient. A special thank you for the complimentary room upgrade - it was very much appreciated!
The only small note: if you’re a light sleeper, it might be a good idea to bring earplugs, as you may hear noise from neighbors if they’re loud
