ThomasViaje en familia · Oct 15Nous remercions sincèrement l’hôtel pour le surclassement offert à l’occasion de nos 10 ans de mariage. Nous avions réservé une chambre Deluxe et avons eu la très belle surprise de séjourner dans une suite. La chambre était magnifique, très spacieuse, avec une décoration thaïlandaise typique pleine de charme. Elle était très propre, bien entretenue et la literie était plutôt confortable. L’hôtel dans son ensemble est bien entretenu, notamment les jardins, qui sont très agréables.
Le principal point négatif concerne la salle de bain : la température de l’eau sous la douche était extrêmement instable, alternant entre une eau brûlante et une eau très froide. C’est particulièrement désagréable et cela peut même présenter un risque de brûlure. Le petit-déjeuner était également assez décevant en comparaison avec d’autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné en Thaïlande. Le choix était limité, aussi bien pour les plats salés que pour le sucré, qui se composait principalement de biscuits et de gâteaux industriels. La salle de sport est une véritable déception. Elle est très mal équipée, plusieurs machines sont hors service et les installations ne permettent pratiquement pas de s’entraîner correctement. Elle ne mérite clairement pas l’appellation de salle de sport dans son état actuel. Enfin, un problème particulièrement désagréable concerne les odeurs dans le lobby. Une très mauvaise odeur était présente tous les jours, odeur nauséabonde.Cela pourrait venir de la ventilation ou des canalisations, mais le problème mériterait vraiment d’être identifié et résolu.

Had early check out due to early flight and staff provided take away breakfast bag as we left prior to breakfast service opening.
Average pool area. Beautiful greenery caused some mosquitos (even in room). Small rooms with minimal space for luggage. Poor water pressure in shower. Felt was slightly overpriced compared to other hotels in the area with insular facilities.
YoheiViaje en solitario · Aug 26全てが想像以上、期待以上でした！ 外から見るエントランスからは想像もできない館内、そして庭、設備で、毎回歩く（探検）する度に新しい発見がありました。 スタッフの方たちの対応は5つ星ホテル並み。みなさんしっかり英語もできますし、24時間フロントに居ます。 朝食も、館内でも外やプールサイドでも楽しめますし、ささいなことかもしれませんが、外で食べてる人たち用にもコーヒーが別で用意されてることに「あ！」と思いました。朝食会場館内にいくつか設置されてるホテルは何回も見てますが、外にも設置してるのは嬉しかったです！（というか、朝食時間以外でも、フリーのコーヒー紅茶、クッキーが置いてあり贅沢です笑） 部屋も中庭に面していてカーテン開ければ緑で溢れてますし、無料のお水も飲み物もお菓子もクッキーも毎日補充してくれます。冷房もしっかり効くし、シャワーの圧やバスルームも快適。 プールもそこまで大きくはない物の、むしろそれが心地よさまでありましたし、外にシャワーもタオルもソープ類も用意してあります。 3つ星ホテルよりちょっと贅沢したい！でも5つ星ホテルのような金額は出したくない...西洋のスタイルじゃなくて、タイ、そしてチェンマイの文化や装飾も味わいたい！って方はここ以外無いんじゃないかなって思います！ 本当に良いホテルでした！ そしてかわいい猫ちゃんも4匹居て毎回癒されてました笑

The shower could not hold a steady temperature, the room was an upgraded one but felt basic.
MarziaViaje en grupo · Aug 14Struttura semplice ma molto accogliente. Avevamo due camere al primo piano, molto ampie, con letto comodissimo e sedia con tavolino privato nel giardino. Buona la colazione. Io amo i gatti e all’interno dell’hotel ci sono diversi gatti!
Non va buttata la carta nel wc ma nel cestino. Per noi non è stato un problema ma potrebbe essere per qualcuno.

Bij het uitchecken moesten we 100 baht betalen voor een glas dat per ongeluk brak in de kamer. Dit voelde wrang aan. Kamer aan de kleine kant (konden onze koffers niet opbergen of open leggen) en af en toe vochtige geur
