The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. It was only blowing air, and the room was extremely hot. They changed my room, but the air conditioner in the second room had exactly the same problem. I understand that the hotel’s air conditioning systems are old and no longer work properly

AlexMatkusti yksin · Aug 27The location is the best in the area with an amazing view. There are many rooms to choose from so it is best to speak directly to reception to arrange this. The staff are very helpful and if you are respectful and polite, you will have an excellent experience. There is a small supermarket, motorbike hire and massage. Daily breakfast was also included which helped save money but also a nice restaurant to order drinks and dinner to watch the sunset. I love this place!

GéraldineMatkusti perheen kanssa · Aug 24L'emplacement de l'hôtel au bord de la plage de Haad Yao, très agréable. La piscine et le restaurant avec vue sur mer étaient très agréables également. Le personnel du bar/restaurant au top! Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.
Problème dans la salle de bain : des odeurs d’égouts remontaient, le pommeau de douche et le lavabo bouchés. Les toilettes avaient du mal à s'évacuer.

La vue sur la plage est super ! La localisation est top, juste à coté d'un super marché, ATM et location de Scooter.

Par quoi commencer la manager qui se cache pour pas prendre ses responsabilités, nous avons dormi sur un matelas avec du pipi vous imaginez comment notre première nuit c’est déroulée, on va voir le staff eux mêmes ne comprennent pas pourquoi la manager refuse de nous parler, pire encore elle ne veut donner aucune compensation pour notre première nuit la seule chose qu’elle a voulu nous donner c’est 1 chambre au plus bas étage alors qu’ont était au dessus face à la mer, et ont a payé pour cela et bien non elle nous propose une chambre vu partielle de l’océan et surtout les toits des autres bungalow, un non professionnel et un non chaland impressionnant, pensant qu’ont étaient bloqués en ne sachant pas où aller, et bien nous avons loué une villa avec piscine privé pour le même prix, aucun respect des clients, fuyez vous risquerez de gâcher vos vacances

Beds very un-comfortable. Also staff kept changing taxi price. On the 1st May 9 pm charged us for 6 people to Thongsala far end towards Haad Rin 1000 baht. When we asked on the 3rd May 11 am said 1800 baht to the very port which was nearer. We eventually agreed on 1200 baht. When i mentioned to the guy at reception it should be 1000 baht. He laughed at me to my face saying its only 200 baht extra. And I said thats not the point. I feel they are scamming. This has left a sour taste in our mouths. Please be careful

Personalen var inte direkt trevliga. Jag kommer aldrig mer besöka detta hotel, dyrt och överreklamerat.
JudyMatkusti ryhmässä · Jul 3De ligging. Lief en vriendelijk personeel. Het is er goed maar voor onze kamer moesten we hoog klimmen. De tredes van de trap zijn te hoog. Enkel een goede conditie voor dit hotel is nodig.
De trappen die heel hoog per trede zijn. Wij zijn een ontbijtbuffet gewend. Het eten was verzorgd maar geen buffet. Voor ons de eerste keer dat we dit meemaken in Thailand.
