Tekoälyn yhteenvetoStrong overall recommendations and repeat-stay intent from many guests due to cleanliness, service and comfort; a few operational annoyances noted but do not outweigh positive experiences.

Siisteys9,5
Repeated praise for spotless rooms, daily housekeeping, creative towel art and well-maintained public areas; several guests explicitly note rooms were 'spotless' and 'sparkling clean'.
Palvelu9,5
Multiple named staff (Plai, Wan, Ping, Momo, Pukky, Muay, Patty) repeatedly praised for friendliness, attentiveness and helpfulness; staff responsiveness is a consistent highlight.
Sijainti9,5
Described as a great, quiet location just outside the chaotic centre and within walking distance of the beach; guests value the peaceful setting.
Huone9,0
Beds and showers praised (huge, very comfortable); rooms generally described as spacious and clean, but some frustration with old TVs and lack of streaming capability.
Mukavuudet8,0
Pool, gym and sauna noted positively, but issues with gym A/C not cooling well and TVs lacking modern streaming/screen-share features reduce the score.
Hinta-laatusuhde8,0
Mixed comments: some call it a good hotel for the price, while others describe it as overpriced during high season and feel amenities/TVs do not match higher rates.
Ruoka ja juoma9,0
Breakfast repeatedly complimented for fresh food and good variety plus attentive breakfast team; overall dining/service around F&B is viewed positively.

Love it, amazing staff, very comfortable and will always return

The front desk staff (PUK,Pat,Oil) are amazing. Always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless clean (credit to the cleaners), bed is really comfortable, amenities are great, food at restaurant is really nice. Have stayed many times and will continue to stay at the Aster

Not really anything, just some inconsiderate visitors that don’t have manners

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish! The reception staff were wonderfully welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Special thanks to Kwang for her hard work and outstanding housekeeping; she kept our room spotless every single day. A truly professional team and a wonderful hotel
