the rooms had no windows and light, just scary and dark, the sheets were dirty with stains , the floor of the rooms was super creepy and the stairs and everything was just so dark and dirty, the showers were TERRIBLE

During my stay in Room 211 the neighbor was doing carpentry work and was banging and drilling loud the whole day and even early in the morning at 6 am. Room walls were painted dark grey - creating a "dismal" ambience. The one overhead light was too bright.
MollyMatkusti ryhmässä · Jul 4As soon as you walk in the door there is a terrible smell, which continues all the way into each room. There are no windows, and the locks don’t work in the room. The floor is dirty and honestly we just felt unsafe and scared in the hotel (I honesty wouldn’t even call it a hotel). We tried to leave but because we got there so late it was impossible to find a new place.

PhippenMatkusti parina · Mar 10It was a convenient location for our early flight down to the South of Thailand. The lady on reception waited for us at check in and was very kind. It was ultimately, just a useful stop over. But, the room was really spacious and had even a balcony that we didn’t need to use.
On the ceiling of the bathroom it looked like lots of mould, the tv was quite hard to operate because we couldn’t understand the settings. However, this is largely our fault due to the language barrier.

היה לנו חרק ממש ענק בחדר והגענו מאוחר וזה היה ממש מאכזב להתמודד עם זה ולא הצלחנו לישון כל הלילה מחרדות שיכנסו עוד צ׳וקים לחדר
