The property was next to the sky train which made it very convenient to get around. The staff was courteous and very helpful to your desired needs. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and shopping was couple stops on the sky train.
Hotel is lovely, staff are excellent. Bar at the top of the hotel is stunning. Unfortunately, Hotels.com let us down as we are a family of 4, x2 adults, x2 children (15 & 11 years). The room was not big enough for 4 people and the bed certainly was not. The hotel told us the room is only for 2 adults, and that hotels.com have mis-sold. It meant the holiday was bitter-sweet.
Brand new hotel. Would stay here again

Helpful and attentive hotel staff. The hotels is very modern and has luxurious decor. Rooms were very clean and well maintained, I felt very comfortable.
( ) good size hotel, not too big and not too small, very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet (-) water temperature changes constantly from hot to cold then again hot to cold during shower; a bit annoying; terrible sewer smell in the elevator area in the lobby
