Tekoälyn yhteenvetoOverall sentiment is very positive: guests highly recommend the hotel, citing friendly staff, cleanliness, location and good breakfast as highlights.

Siisteys9,3
Multiple reviewers note rooms and common areas as extremely clean; daily housekeeping and tidy spaces were repeatedly praised.
Palvelu9,6
Staff repeatedly described as very friendly, attentive and helpful (owners often mentioned); assistance with bookings and special requests was highlighted.
Sijainti9,5
Consistently described as an excellent, central Old Town location (minutes from Sunday Market/Walking Street). One comment mentioned a longer walk (~30 minutes) to the night market, but overall location is a strong positive.
Huone8,2
Rooms are described as large and well designed with good A/C and amenities; however a few guests reported very hard mattresses and lumpy pillows, so room comfort is slightly mixed.
Mukavuudet8,2
Breakfast choices, A/C, mini-fridge/coffee station and free parking were appreciated. Limited negatives: no lift and otherwise basic 3‑star facilities.
Hinta-laatusuhde8,9
Multiple guests called it great value for a basic 3‑star hotel; reasonably priced services and included breakfast boosted perceived value.
Ruoka ja juoma8,8
Breakfast widely praised (three-menu choices: American, Continental, Asian), freshly made and accommodating dietary requests (including vegan).

The hotel within itself is suitably located clean enough and worth the money.

Unfortunately on our first day there some €50 were taken from our room. With the only people with access to the room being the employees. The hotel didn't seem to care much about the situation. The hotel didn't really trying to accommodate how we were feeling or talk to us about what happened. The owner didn't speak to us even though we were told that he will at some point. Very disappointing in that regard.

Cozy and super friendly stuff with delicious breakfast included.

The property is very cozy and stuff is very welcoming and friendly. They helped me with my set up and keep my luggage while I was staying 1 night in the elephant sanctuary. Don’t hesitate to choose this hotel because you will not regret it.

I had not problem with anything. I’m very happy with my experience here.

Great value, fantastic location, and a good breakfast! A special mention to the friendly and helpful person working the front desk in the morning who made my stay even better.

The only thing is the bed was too firm for me.
