AbbyMatkusti ryhmässä · Oct 8The staff were very polite and informative; the location was very close to Kamala Beach which made it easy to explore the local area without having to order a taxi everyday; The cafes/restaurants nearby were very good and the staff were lovely.
BryantMatkusti yksin · May 21Once booked, the communication with the hotel was excellent. The room itself was very clean, with nice towel art on the bed. Air conditioning was efficient. Short walk to the beach, 7/11 and local bars. Massages available right beside. Also, scooter rentals are on-site.
The only issue was the mattress. It was way too hard and lumpy, but only on the left side... the right side was firm, but much better. Also, the pillows were very firm. Fix the mattress and the pillows, and I give it a 10.
LorenzoMatkusti yksin · Apr 28hotel is located in a good location. short walk to the beach and lots of shops and cafes near by. Ice is super friendly i have stayed before and she remembered me and was very helpful though-out my stay. the room was large and daily cleaning available
KarolinaMatkusti ryhmässä · Apr 11Sehr freundliches und herzliches Personal. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Auch das Restaurant bzw. das Frühstück war sehr lecker.
AnastasiiaMatkusti ryhmässä · Apr 5A nice place to stay! The highlight for me was the balcony - quiet, cool, and a perfect spot to relax after a day out. The beach is just a short walk away, and everything you might need is within easy walking distance, which makes it very convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
The only downside was the Wi-Fi — the connection was quite poor and a bit frustrating at times. Hopefully that gets sorted out, as everything else about this place was really lovely!

Bathroom was not in a good condition and should have been advertised as such. The filet could not flush so they recommended placing the toilet paper in the bin. The towels didn’t appear fresh. The shower and overall bath didn’t appear as clean.
TannahMatkusti parina · Mar 31No hot water in the showers, rock hard beds, only had eggs for breakfast options
