Problème à répétition avec l'air conditionné dans ma chambre. Je précise que j'ai reçu un ventilateur en dépannage.

DariuszMatkusti parina · Sep 16We booked our stay at The AIM Patong Hotel for 6 nights (14 Aug - 20 Aug). During our trip, we decided to spend 2 nights on Phi Phi Island but kept our room and left our belongings there while we were away. When we returned, the staff asked where we had been for the last two days, which we found quite funny, but it also showed how attentive and caring they were toward their guests. Overall, we had a very good stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Patong Beach, shopping areas, restaurants, and local markets, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. The room was clean, comfortable, and serviced regularly throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooftop pool was also a great place to relax after a busy day. The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering its convenient location and comfortable facilities.
The only minor drawback was the breakfast, which was somewhat limited. The set menu options seemed to be more geared toward Western tastes, and it would have been nice to see a wider selection of local Thai breakfast dishes. Despite this small point, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend The AIM Patong Hotel to anyone looking for affordable, comfortable accommodation in Patong.
AliMatkusti parina · Oct 12شكوى بخصوص الإزعاج أثناء الإقامة بالفندق السادة إدارة الفندق المحترمين، أود تقديم شكوى بخصوص الإزعاج الذي تعرضت له أثناء إقامتي في الفندق، حيث كان هناك عمال يقومون بأعمال في الغرفة المجاورة لغرفتي، مما تسبب في إزعاج مستمر وأثر على راحتي ونومي بشكل ملحوظ. أرجو منكم أخذ هذه الملاحظة بعين الاعتبار واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لضمان راحة النزلاء مستقبلاً. شاكرًا لكم حسن تعاونكم وتفهمكم. وتفضلوا بقبول فائق الاحترام والتقدير
