Siisteys6,2
Multiple mentions of old towels, foul/strong smells (possible sofa bed), dusty area under bed and a wet used tissue found — overall cleanliness flagged by several guests.Palvelu10
Numerous positive comments about staff being warm, attentive and helpful (specific praise for a receptionist named Fern); staff responded to cleanliness complaints when notified.Sijainti9,8
Consistently noted as convenient — near 7/11, markets, scooter rentals and attractions; beach proximity and direct access are mixed/seasonal but the surrounding conveniences strongly favor location.Huone7,8
Rooms described as spacious with comfortable beds and sofa-like beds, but some maintenance issues (wall repairs needed), towel quality complaints and occasional odors reduce the score.Mukavuudet10
Excellent pool and family-friendly facilities (water slides), good pool bar and overall strong on-site amenities praised by multiple guests.Hinta-laatusuhde6,0
Several guests cited issues with unexpected deposit, confusing/expensive breakfast charges and one guest checking out early despite full payment — value perceived as below expectation by some.Ruoka ja juoma9,0
Mixed but generally positive: restaurant food and afternoon tea highlighted as excellent by some, pastries consistently liked; breakfast quality inconsistent for others.

MaksymilianMatkusti parina · Oct 16The room, staff, location, and facilities were all very high quality. I was very impressed. The pool area was also great.
Breakfast had good potential, but it was lacking. Those terrible plastic sausages and the tasteless chewy bacon really lets it down. No hash browns is also a disappointment. For a 5 star hotel, i feel they need to level up in these areas.
