Erittäin hyvä · 1 006 arvostelun perusteellaTekoälyn yhteenvetoGenerally positive stays with friendly staff, good location and enjoyable pool experiences; offset by issues in cleanliness, breakfast and some room-condition concerns, resulting in a favorable overall impression.
Siisteys6,8
Multiple reviews mention cleanliness issues: dirty elevator with unpleasant odor, ants on breakfast table, and occasional room smells; some rooms reported as clean but complaints lower overall cleanliness sentiment.Palvelu9,0
Many guests praise staff as friendly, helpful and professional (notably a staff member who assisted at the pool); however there are isolated reports of rude/aggressive reception staff — overall service sentiment is positive.Sijainti9,0
Consistently reported as convenient: close to Terminal 21, malls, 7-Eleven and within walking distance of attractions; location sentiment is strongly positive.Huone7,5
Mixed feedback: some guests found rooms clean and comfortable, others note old/worn furniture, aging bathrooms, privacy concerns (bathroom window) and occasional odors — overall slightly below target.Mukavuudet8,8
Pool and family-friendly facilities are repeatedly highlighted and well-liked (kids enjoyed it); balconies, TV features (YouTube) and pool access to neighboring hotel add positive amenity sentiment despite some safety notes about life-jacket condition.Hinta-laatusuhde7,8
Mixed: several guests report very good value and comfort, while others feel similar or better options exist at the same price and cite refundable deposit/checkout checks as negatives.Ruoka ja juoma7,0
Breakfast receives mixed-to-negative comments: multiple guests describe poor quality, below-average offerings and hygiene issues (ants), though some found the breakfast extensive and tasty.

Penguin37Matkusti perheen kanssa · Oct 14We enjoyed the room and facilities. Hotel J residence is part of a complex of two other hotels, J hotel and J inspired and we were allowed to use the facilities of the other building where they have a nice pool for kids and indoor AC playground. Our triple room was large in size and had a direct pool access which was a nice surprise. There was a small fridge and a microwave. Internet in the room was reliable. Breakfast buffet had a decent selection. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk to T21 and there is 7-eleven right in the street corner, very convenient. All in all a great budget stay for families
TVs could be upgraded to larger screen and smart TV.
