Schönes Design m Boho Stil.

Es war von außen schön, innen oft sehr dreckig. Das pool hatte am Boden gelbe Spuren. Türen vom Zimmer ließrn sich nicht schließen usw. Spnst Personal richtig nett und sehr freundlich.

Karma Resort is a lovely boutique hotel with a lot of potential. We enjoyed our stay overall, although I feel there are still a few areas that need some improvement for the hotel to fully live up to that potential. In general, it’s a very pleasant place for a short stay in Koh Samui. Breakfast was good, although a little repetitive. You can choose from several dishes from the à la carte menu, which works perfectly well for a few days, but could become quite monotonous during a longer stay. Breakfast includes juice (the fresh orange juice was delicious!), coffee, fruit and one selected dish. Anything additional is charged separately. This is not a major issue, but when breakfast is included in the room rate, having to pay extra for additional breakfast items feels a little unnecessary. The biggest disappointment was the air conditioning in our room, which was not working when we arrived. In my opinion, a guest should be able to expect that the room and its essential facilities are checked before check-in, rather than having technical issues discovered and repaired after arrival. We were told there was an issue with the refrigerant. Unfortunately, this resulted in us spending the first night without proper air conditioning, which in Koh Samui is definitely not ideal. As compensation, we were offered one complimentary drink each. While the gesture was appreciated, after spending a night without air conditioning, it felt rather inadequate considering the inconvenience. Apart from that, the location is good, the hotel itself is attractive and has a nice boutique atmosphere. There was nothing seriously wrong with our stay, but equally there wasn’t quite a “wow” factor. Overall, Karma Resort is a nice and enjoyable place to spend a few days. With a little more attention to maintenance, room preparation and some details of the guest experience, it could become a really great boutique hotel.

Нам показалось уже нужно поменять постельное, запах в ванне присутствует неприятный. Кондиционеры шумные прямо напротив кровати дуют сильно. Завтрак хотелось бы разнообразить и дополнить нарезкой

The location is great, the hotel is very peaceful, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. It’s a lovely place for a relaxing getaway.

The total price for 2 nights was $600, but it dropped to $400 just two days later, and I was not allowed to change the booking. I found this pricing policy very disappointing and felt like I had been overcharged. The breakfast was also very disappointing for a $600 hotel; a more extensive buffet breakfast would have been much better. The sea in front of the hotel was also not ideal for swimming.

Uno dei più bei resort in cui abbiamo mai soggiornato. Stile e design delle ville dotate di ogni comfort e attrezzatura. Bagno con doccia e vasca all’aperto. Pulizia. Cortesia del personale e disponibilità a rispondere a qualunque richiesta. Ottima colazione. Ottimo ristorante. Ottima spa. Piccola palestra ben attrezzata. Zona spiaggia e piscina con lettini, cuscini e “capanne” spettacolari. Veramente una struttura di livello eccezionale.
