RussMatkusti parina · Oct 12very nice and peaceful ambience at breakfast and the tables nicely spaced apart. food-wise there is something for all cultures to eat, from scrambled egg, fried egg, toast, croissants, miso soup, salad, various fruits, rice soup, khao soi, tea coffee, milk, fruit juices etc. The pillows and extra large bed was the best i may have ever slept in (20 out of 10)
we only stayed one night so did not embrace all that the hotel had to offer

EdgarMatkusti perheen kanssa · Sep 1+ Great location, very close to a fantastic shopping mall with an excellent food court. + The reception staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. + The bed was comfortable. + We booked a large suite that was spacious and very clean. + Complimentary juice was available at the reception throughout the day. + Upon my request, the lovely lady at the reception arranged a driver for our two-day excursions, which was very convenient and much appreciated.
- The pool did not appear to be very clean. - Breakfast was disappointing. The selection and quality of the hot dishes and pastries were below expectations. - The air conditioning behaved strangely. Even when set to 25°C, it continued blowing very cold air, making the room uncomfortable and sometimes too cold, even under the blanket.
