LiyaMatkusti parina · Oct 11The location was great. We took the suite so it was pretty big, but it felt like the other rooms are not very different. The staff which was great. They helped us a lot and were very nice.
The facilities seemed a little bit old. The gym is pretty old and a breakfast wasn’t really good. It was very minimal and not very western.

打掃房間的工作人員常常忘記給足配品 例如少給大毛巾 沒有給礦泉水、沒有提供牙刷等，造成我們很大困擾～
MartaMatkusti ryhmässä · Sep 1L’hotel è in una zona abbastanza centrale della città, lo staff sempre accogliente e disponibile: abbiamo usufruito del servizio laundry che è stato molto utile a metà vacanza ed il ragazzo alla reception è stato gentilissimo nel consigliarci la pocket breakfast quando, per visitare Chiang Rai, abbiamo dovuto svegliarci alle 6. La piscina è un bel contributo per relax post giornata fuori.
Le camere sono spaziose ma credo che il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una modernizzazione, la doccia nello specifico. La piscina dispone di appena 2 sdraio, sarebbe stato bello usufruire di uno spazio più ampio
