第一次遇到水壓過低和沒有熱水的狀況，雖然隔天就解決且獲得道歉了。 浴室雖然乾濕分離，但水依然會流出來，我只好踩在浴巾上使用洗手台。

Customer service was poor. I returned to my room late in the evening to shower. There was no water. In the morning, brown water came out. The sorry letter came under the door later. The morning on check out day, I asked whether I could have a late checkout. They said they cannot give me that. So I said that I'd check out by 12:00 as per normal checkout time. At 11:50 the reception called the room to remind me that I have to check out before 12:00 while I was busy packing. I find this unnecessary, especially given that hotel guests were inconvenienced by their water issue.

NaciiimaMatkusti yksin · Sep 3Amazing hotel with good amenities. Located right in front of terminal 21. Staff was extremely helpful and house cleaning was very efficient. It was also very close to the metro I would recommend anyone to stay here once they arrive in Bangkok.
