Klong Muang Beach, ThaimaaHotellin vieraiden arviot
Erittäin hyvä · 364 arvostelun perusteellaTekoälyn yhteenvetoOverall highly positive: many guests described relaxing, wonderful stays and intent to return; minor negatives (location, occasional noise, isolated cleanliness note) slightly temper the overall score.
Siisteys8,2
Generally described as clean ('Tutto pulito', 'spacious and clean'), though one review mentioned AC smelling of mold and the beach opposite being unclean, so minor issues reduce the score slightly.Palvelu9,6
Very strong positive mentions across reviews: 'friendly staff', 'went over & above', staff helpful at stressful times, birthday singing, allowed post-checkout pool use—service is a standout feature.Sijainti7,6
Peaceful, outside Ao Nang (valued for quiet) with free shuttle, but repeatedly noted as remote from the main promenade, street between hotel and beach, nearby industrial areas and limited local transport options.Huone8,2
Rooms described as spacious and cozy, with lovely views; however some rooms are dated and there were reports of construction noise and occasional building-related disturbance.Mukavuudet9,3
Strong amenities: well-kept grounds, attractive pool, recommended spa/massages, gym adequate for training, shuttle service and organized excursions—guests praised these offerings.Hinta-laatusuhde8,8
Perceived as good value by multiple guests ('for small money', recommended excursions at fair price), though airport shuttle cost was criticized as expensive relative to alternatives.Ruoka ja juoma9,1
Repeated positive comments: excellent hotel restaurant and very good/big breakfast selection—food and dining are frequently highlighted positively.

No beach. Staff attitude at reception was not up to the basic level of a high-end property like theirs

JoyMatkusti parina · May 21A great little hotel set in lovely grounds. The friendly staff went over & above to help us at a stressful time. Good breakfast & the restaurant food was excellent. Peaceful setting, but the shuttlebus was appreciated.
Some of the grounds could have benefitted from a bit of housekeeping, but nothing major.

PietroMatkusti perheen kanssa · Apr 6I camerieri sono molto gentili e disponibili. Ristorante dell'hotel eccezionale. Bella piscina e palestra.
SuzanneMatkusti perheen kanssa · Mar 27Room spacious and clean lovely view of the pool. Free shuttle to Ao nang markets.
Just disappointed booked a massage and she turned up 30 mins late but besides that nothing.
RishaMatkusti perheen kanssa · Mar 24The staff were amazing and it was really close to a wedding that we were attending. It is outside of the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang which we appreciated.
The rooms are dated, and there was a lot of construction happening on our building (we assume) we were on the first floor but could still hear the constitution on the roof all night.
