JeroenMatkusti perheen kanssa · Sep 14This place is located very near some of Bangkok's most famous attractions, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, but the real star of the Villa de Pranakorn is the staff. The entire team is incredibly kind and hardworking, they will go above and beyond to make sure you have a good visit.
There were some works being done in front of the hotel during our stay which led to the water pressure and temperature being unreliable. This is in no way the fault of the hotel, but it was unfortunate.

Sullo staff non ho nulla da dire, super disponibili e cordiali. Le lenzuola erano macchiate e il giorno dopo l’arrivo, nonostante non avessi messo sopra il foglietto che indicava di non cambiarle, non sono state cambiate. La stanza era vecchiotta e c’era un forte odore di umido. Mi hanno chiesto 2,000THB di deposito, a distanza di un mese la mia banca mi informa che questi soldi non sono mai stati riaccreditati dalla struttura, per cui ad oggi (dopo un mese) non ho ancora ricevuto i miei soldi indietro. Pessima esperienza!

Everything about our stay was lovely, our room had a huge and comfortable bed, the hotel is near a lot of the most important places in the city as well as the famous Thipsamai restaurant. It also has a massage spa and a nails center just in front. Can’t wait to go back 🩷
