Essendo io nel settore alberghiero e food and beverage......dico che la struttura avrebbe un potenziale grandissimo.....da concentrarsi un po' di più nella zona resto ...colazione e food

Quite shocked to find the hotel pool being used for swimming lessons, leaving me waiting from 5:00 to 7:30 PM. This is a very poor idea considering the price and standards of this accommodation. I am truly speechless and deeply disappointed.

Breakfast….better to book without and eat outside

As it was low season the breakfast buffet was not operating. The staff was gracious, and offered a few items that were well prepared. My compliments top the staff for making an extraordinary effort to make our breakfasts enjoyable. The room maintenance and cleaning services were very efficient. The staff was very professional and easy to work with around our schedule of activities.

I didn't find the room furnishings to be up to par for my needs. I would have like a couple of comfortable chairs rather than the single swinging chair that occupied a corner of the room. I would also have appreciated a taller desk to work at for the few times I needed to use my computer to accomplish some necessary tasks. As we occasionally wanted to warm some food brought from outside, we would have appreciated a microwave oven in the room.

Very quite and comfortable until they changed the room

2,Friends visited to play cards for a few hours and we got charged 1000 THB for this , no prior mention made of no visitors . With 2 nights remaining from our 18 night stay the A/C became inoperative and we got downgraded to another room . I had just been discharged from a overnight hospital stay due to food poisoning and had to pack our belongings up whilst a staff member stood at the door and watched , no assistance given , this individual obviously has not been trained properly and does not understand hospitality. Still waiting on compensation for this very poor outcome

Room was comfortable and clean, shower was good, staff were pleasant.

When we first arrived and started to get settled in our room, the air con switched off after just 10 minutes, we switched it back on, but it happened two more times. We called reception, they came twice to look at it and told us it was fine. It wasn't. On the third attempt I had to ask to move rooms, they needed to speak to the manager before we could move rooms which took another 15 minutes. The hotel was not busy with plenty of free rooms, I feel this shouldn't have taken so long to rectify. The gardens and yard area seemed unkept. Lots of weeds and a bit overgrown.

Prolongation d un séjour initial de 7 nuits en 11 nuits. Nous adorons l endroit et projetons d y retourner dans 1 an.

Nous avons tout aimé ! L'immense piscine de 35x10m la gentillesse de tout le personnel, la situation géographique idéale pour la farnienté, la propreté, la chambre et sa terrasse...

Просторно, тихо, может повезло, но даже дети вели себя тихо на территории данного отеля. Посторонних звуков практически не было слышно

Постоянная влажность в номере. Спустя несколько дней надоедает спать с ощущением сырости.
