Luiz PauloMatkusti perheen kanssa · Oct 17Staying by the river was perfect. It’s a hidden gem in Bangkok. Though you have to walk through some rough patches to get there, it’s part of the charm. The staff was fantastic in helping us book tours and give us tips about the city.
The restaurant wasn’t very good and there were no restaurant options close by. They should rather focus on a smaller menu and deliver better quality. I also expected there would be more transport options from the hotel’s pier, but ended up walking to the bridge ferry terminal most times, a 10-15 minute walk which was not a problem at all.

You have to go through alleys and open sewers to get to the place (it’s safe, but feels dirty). Expensive for BK standards, especially for what you get. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but food service wise they can learn a thing or two (I.e. they don’t com check on you or clear your table until you stand up and ask for another round or to see the menu again)

Almost everything was good, just that the last leg to reach hotel isn’t great and when it rains, reaching hotel could be cumbersome.
AlanMatkusti yksin · Jul 20Staff and food were fantastic. Everyone was very helpful. Location very different for Bangkok and I enjoyed being in that part of town very much for a different experience of the city.
Staff very helpfully arranged water taxis for me. GRAB also available, short walk from hotel through the lanes so location not as difficult as it first seemed.

SteveMatkusti parina · Jun 20This place was incredible! Very comfortable and with the friendliest staff. We had a flight change, and they were willing to accommodate us with no problems. The food was amazing and so were the views. Plus, they have 2 huge tortoises living in the lobby. I truly can’t love this place enough!!!!
This location is PERFECT!!! However, it’s not accessible by the main road. So there’s a 3-5 minute walk. It’s not a big deal, but if you have a lot of luggage, and struggle with the heat, it can be a nuisance.
