Very great location although a bit off the beaten track in terms of main road. Staff were up to standard and housekeeping were very efficient and timely. Close proximity to nearby coffee shops and 7/11, very useful. Didn’t use the gym but pool was clean and almost always empty. My main complaint is that on checkout they were very hesitant to return the 1000B deposit and ended up keeping 100B for a damp towel left in the room which I apparently needed to pay for laundry for. They tried to pick anything off at the end of the stay to keep the deposit and this actually ruined the overall stay for me, this hotel was otherwise pretty good.
Good clean and good price
スタッフがとても親切でした! 部屋も綺麗で満足 周辺にコンビニや屋台 コインランドリーがあり長期滞在に非常によい。駅までは少し遠いがシャトルバスサービスがあり不便はなかった。
Staying at BU Place was an absolute delight from start to finish! The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm, genuine hospitality that made me feel instantly at home. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed—combining modern comfort with a subtle touch of Thai charm. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, from the plush bedding to the spotless bathrooms, and the amenities exceeded all expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering helpful tips about Bangkok and responding promptly to every request with a smile. The location is ideal—quiet enough for restful nights but still convenient for exploring the city’s vibrant culture, markets, and dining scene. The overall atmosphere is peaceful, welcoming, and genuinely relaxing. I left BU Place feeling refreshed, cared for, and already planning my next visit. If you want a hotel in Bangkok that feels like a home away from home while providing exceptional service and comfort, look no further. This place is simply outstanding!
The hotel is in a busy residential type area away from central city so we usually needed to take a 30 minutes drive into the city. Hotel itself is wonderful and the staff were excellent... We loved our stay
リゾート感や異国感は薄いが、ビジネスホテルの様な感覚で泊まるには過ごしやすい
Drab. No decoration anywhere. Monochrome. Busy street with no walk. There are two close shopping areas, nut must leave to find food.
hotel is pretty good the the price, just the location is not really convenient
Caution de 1000 baths déposée Rendu 750 car ils disent que j’ai volé une serviette. Sérieusement, je gagne plus de 3000€ par mois pour une seule personne et j’ai besoin de voler une serviette à sept euros?😂😂
Excellent!!!
