Location and view

I asked specifically for a Mountain View. The message was ignored. There were two weeks in between my message and my arrival. They should have told me if a Mountain View was not available.

disappointing, very dated hotel trading on past reputation, rating needs to be downgraded.

location, friendly staff

bed hard as a concrete slab, air conditioner too noisy to allow sleep, staff friendly but inefficient, 3 requests before actioned. No aircon in common areas, obviously cutting (cost) corners.

Request to the hotel management - Pls do a deep clean for rooms that are not used for long time.

Two-Bedroom Suite was great size for family . Location of the hotel is great.

Maintenance was very poor . Room corridors were dusty and smelly.. my room wasn't checked before our checkin. It was dusty everywhere and visible dust in bed headframe . Aircon didnt work in my room - they sent maintenance team to fix it. They said its fixed but still didnt work. We were assigned another room. We had to shift all stuff to other room. Ironically the aircon didnt work there too... !! Again a maintenance team came to fix it . This was so stressful to settled down after long travel day ... ! Breakfast was poor quality. They dont even have salted butter !
