DmytroMatkusti parina · Oct 17We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The location is very convenient, and the room itself was nice. The hotel’s interior design is also very nice, with a stylish loft-style art industrial aesthetic. The mattress felt a little old, but it was still comfortable enough. However, the biggest problem is the extremely poor soundproofing. This is honestly the least soundproof hotel I have ever stayed in. You can hear absolutely everything from the street — every car, motorbike, bus, tuk-tuk, and even people having normal conversations outside. The hotel has lots of exposed concrete and seemingly no additional soundproofing materials. As a result, noise travels everywhere. You can clearly hear people knocking on neighboring doors, talking in the corridor, cleaning staff chatting with each other, and guests walking up and down the stairs. It feels like there is almost no sound insulation at all. I had to sleep with earplugs every night, and even with them, I could still hear all the noise. To make matters worse, the hotel doesn’t even provide earplugs, so you need to bring your own. What makes this even more frustrating is that some of these problems seem relatively easy and inexpensive to fix. Installing proper rubber seals around the windows and closing the gaps around the room entrance doors would probably make a significant difference. Overall, the hotel has a great location and a very nice interior design, but the terrible soundproofing seriously affects the comfort of the stay, especially if you need to go to an airport early morning. I really hope the management takes this issue seriously, because with a few improvements, this could be a much better place to stay.

AriyMatkusti parina · Oct 16The room and breakfast are good. The staffs are very friendly. The location is good, and it's only around 10-minute walk to the BTS station, and 7-Eleven is also close to the hotel too.
If the room had soundproofing, it would be better since the hotel is located close to the main road, we can hear the traffic noises, especially in the morning.
NicholasMatkusti yksin · Sep 5This was my second stay at Cacha Hotel – I’d been very satisfied with my previous visit 2 years ago. It’s in a convenient location for getting to and from the airport easily. The room itself was comfortable. The breakfast was very good – and I particularly appreciated that the staff prepared a cooked breakfast for me very quickly and earlier than the usual time because I had to leave early to catch a train.
The room was on the first floor, which meant that there was quite a lot of noise from traffic on the busy road below. (I managed to sleep OK by using earplugs and keeping the window closed). Unfortunately the whole surrounding area was undergoing major roadworks – it was like an obstacle course to walk to the hotel from Ratchathewi station, not very pleasant. (This of course was not the hotel’s fault – but it detracted from the quality of the stay).

Probably the location is approx 10 mins walk from the train. But overall was ok though
