L’accueil
lavalMatkusti ryhmässä · Oct 14The room was clean but the equipments are old and dirty
There was loud music on the night Some people need to sleep early to catch early flights the next day
NapasornMatkusti parina · Oct 8The front desk staff lacked a service mindset—perhaps because I am Thai, or simply because they didn't want to provide service. They seemed reluctant to answer questions, acting as if they just wanted to get the job done and move on, without paying any real attention to what the guest was asking.
