Tekoälyn yhteenvetoOverall positive for airport stays and short stays: friendly staff, location and pool are strong points, but inconsistent cleanliness and some service gaps temper the experience.

Siisteys6,5
Mixed reports: several guests explicitly reported dirty rooms or that rooms were not cleaned, while others said rooms were clean — overall cleanliness is inconsistent.
Palvelu9,0
Generally praised: many guests highlight friendly, helpful staff and airport pickups; a few complaints about cleaning staff politeness and poor laundry service.
Sijainti9,0
Consistently positive: repeatedly noted as very close to the airport, near shops and restaurants, good for layovers and quick transfers.
Huone7,5
Rooms described as large with balconies and comfortable layout, but several mentions of hard beds, dated/ not modern rooms and occasional AC/shower issues.
Mukavuudet8,0
Good amenities such as a popular pool and (often) airport transfer; however some guests report inconsistent transfer availability, poor laundry, limited TV/Wi‑Fi.
Hinta-laatusuhde8,5
Many guests note good value for a short stay or layover, with satisfactory meals and overall expectations met for the price.
Ruoka ja juoma7,5
Mixed feedback: some praise breakfast and meals as good value, while others explicitly say the breakfast is not recommended.

Does the job.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful and relaxing stay I had a very pleasant stay at The Bell Hotel Airport Phuket and was really impressed with the overall experience. The swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights — clean, peaceful, and a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day. I would also like to compliment the staff, who were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Their warm attitude made me feel genuinely welcome. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which for me is one of the most important things when choosing a hotel. Overall, I had a great experience. The beautiful pool, excellent cleanliness, and especially the kindness of the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Eine Woche The Bell Airport Hotel

Friendly staff, good location, 7 eleven really close.

Room 302 is really really noisy. There are no neighbors from one side but on the top there is an engine room or laundry room or I don't know what kind of room that is very loud and turns on and off all night. Every 10-15 seconds.
