Erittäin hyvä · 384 arvostelun perusteellaTekoälyn yhteenvetoOverall stays are positive with guests planning to return and praising the beach, rooms and much of the staff, tempered by some service inconsistencies and amenity shortfalls.
Siisteys8,6
Rooms and general property repeatedly described as very clean; isolated report of a dirty private villa pool reduced score slightly.Palvelu8,3
Many guests praise attentive, friendly staff and high service quality, but there are notable service lapses (unhelpful receptionist, checkout incident) and inconsistent restaurant service.Sijainti8,2
Strong beachfront location and peaceful setting are frequently praised, but several guests note it is somewhat remote and far from town/amenities.Huone9,0
Numerous mentions of beautiful, spacious villas/rooms, great layouts and comfortable bedding; views and beachfront access are highlights.Mukavuudet7,6
Property amenities are pleasant (pool, beach, gym mentioned) but guests report small shared pool, limited spa offerings, missing kids' activities and some facilities not as advertised.Hinta-laatusuhde8,0
Many guests feel the experience is worthwhile (beautiful villas, beach access), but complaints about high spend and certain disappointments (service/facilities) lower perceived value for some.Ruoka ja juoma8,1
Breakfast receives positive comments; restaurant staff are trying but occasionally disorganized and options (eg gluten-free) are limited for some guests.

SarahA18Matkusti ryhmässä · Sep 11Right on the beach, lovely staff from front desk to the ladies in the spa - very attentive. it is in a good location, with 7/11 nearby and many restaurant options. The room was great value, the property was quiet. Food did not take too long when ordered and the breakfast buffet was adequate.
Some requests for bedding and housekeeping were not as followed and had to be chased on a few occasions but nothing major.

Bed was atrocious and resort room was tired and in need of freshening up. Located a bit far from Bo Put restaurants.
DanielleMatkusti perheen kanssa · Aug 6Great rooms with beautiful views if you are in the third floor
