Staff was not welcoming or smiling. Just expect basic formal service. Check in was delayed by 15 minutes as room was not ready, not very efficient or punctual. Don't expect 4 star feel, just a two star feel. View from room was very bad, just some buildings bang opposite.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! The customer service is awful. I had a terrible experience with the front desk Ton. First, when I arrived they couldn’t find my reservation. They were being very pushy saying that I had mad the reservation on that day and I had to prove it was made two months before. On my reservation, my check in was at 2pm but they didn’t allow me to go to my room until 3pm. They also required 3000 THB in cash that no one told me about, and I had to withdraw with outrageous fees. They would not accept credit card for the deposit and I was never informed about it. This hotel is a zoo, totally messy!

It was a wonderful experience. We've never seen something like this. The hotel is very comfortable for every kind of trip. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel's territory is small, but it has everything you need for a great vacation. In general, we enjoyed everything. Thanks for so amazing holiday.
