The pool was closed but it was not told in advance. A hotel with no pool? not ok. The bed is too hard. Value for money is very poor since you get much more for less money and other hotels in the area. and in addition, we forgot things in two different rooms, they said it was all lost and not found- too weird.

Firstly we arrived late evening and ordered food from the restaurant. Which arrived cold and had to be sent back. We had lunch once from the poolside bar and again some items arrived cold. We tried another evening meal as we weren’t feeling very well and again it was cold and tasted funny. Food was very expensive also The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable the room was constantly damp and smelled of damp the deeding was damp and I believe it was this that then made both me and my wife very ill that our last day we spent in the medical centre.

chiaraMatkusti perheen kanssa · Aug 31Dopo 20 giorni in giro per la Thailandia ci siamo concessi 4 giorni di relax a Krabi. Abbiamo scelto un hotel a 5 stelle pensando di avere così maggiori comfort. La realtà è che gli altri hotel a 3/4 stelle erano molto belli, questo non aveva nulla da regalare in più. Le camere (standard vista giardino) come avevo letto da altri commenti effettivamente hanno dei problemi di umidità, puzzano. La prima stanza che ci avevano dato aveva un deumidificatore enorme in stanza acceso, abbiamo chiesto di cambiarci stanza ed è andata leggermente meglio con l’odore ma comunque si sentiva (perlomeno non c’era il deumidificatore). Molto bella la spiaggia privata dove si può fare kayak e sup.

В серпні було дуже сиро в кімнаті на ground floor, тому попросила переселити на вищий поверх.
