There are several issues that affected my comfort during my stay at the hotel: 1- The timing of room cleaning is very poor. On many occasions, I would return to my room at 2:00 PM to find it uncleaned because the staff were busy with other rooms; they would then arrive to clean mine at 4:00 or 5:00 PM—a time when guests are usually resting! 2- Twice, the hand soap in the bathroom ran out. I requested a refill from the service team, but it took over two hours for anything to be done. 3- One of the elevators was out of service for an entire day, leaving the whole hotel to rely on a single elevator—which, to make matters worse, did not even stop at every floor. This was highly inconvenient, especially since one of the elevators remained broken throughout my entire stay. 4- On the day of my departure, I asked the front desk for a scale to weigh my luggage; they promised to provide one, but it never arrived!
