Chira-AphakulMatkusti perheen kanssa · Oct 14ชอบทั้งที่ตั้งของโรงแรม การเดินทางไปโรงแรม ที่จอดรถ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ เช่น ห้องพัก ห้องน้ำ ฟิตเนส สระว่ายน้ำ ห้องอาหาร ที่ทำให้มีความรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้าน เจ้าหน้าที่มีใจบริการดีมากครับ
สิ่งที่ควรปรับปรุงคือ ระบบแอร์ครับ เพราะห้องที่ได้พักห้องแรก แอร์ไม่ทำงานหลักจากเสียบ Key card ทำให้เจ้าหน้าที่ต้องเปลี่ยนห้องให้ใหม่ครับ ซึ่งผมได้ยินจากแขกที่มาพักห้องอื่น ว่าแอร์ก็ไม่เย็น (บางห้อง)

Not much to do near Hotel beach area. Not much open...only 2 or 3 restaurants. Disappointing.
SaowalakMatkusti yksin · Sep 7ถึงโรงแรมจะค่อนข้างเก่าแต่ทุกอย่างดี ห้องใหญ่กว้างสะดวกดี ทำเลดี บริการดี แต่มาติดอยู่วันสุดท้ายก่อนจะเช็คเอ้าออก พอดีลูกสาวมาเที่ยวหาเลย พาลงไปทานอาหารเช้าด้วย และบอกพนักงานว่าน้องเพิ่งมา จะขอจ่ายค่าอาหารเช้าให้น้อง พนักงานเรียกเก็บค่าอาหารเช้า ในราคา 412 บาท แอบตกใจนิดนึง รู้สึกราคาค่อนข้างแรง เมื่อเทียบกับที่อื่นเราเคยไปพักมาถ้าต้องการอาหารเช้าเพิ่ม เรายอมจ่ายค่ะ แต่รู้สึกผิดหวังนิดๆที่ราคาสูงมาก เพราะอาหารเช้าปกติ ไม่ได้พิเศษไปกว่าที่อื่นเลย นอกนั้นก็โอเคหมด
ไม่มีส่วนที่ไม่ชอบ แค่เจออาหารเช้าเพิ่มให้ลูกสาว ราคา 412 บาทตกใจ เพราะราคาค่อนข้างจะแรงมาก

JillianMatkusti yksin · Jun 3We loved the suite that we stayed in; it was spacious and had everything that we needed including a lovely view of the Gulf of Thailand. We liked the way that it was decorated; the bed was very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. I loved the swimming pool! The hotel was extremely busy so you really had to go to breakfast early to have a pleasant experience. There are two 7 Elevens nearby which was very handy.
I liked everything about the property. One small thing, the portion size of the room service was very small. My husband’s fish and chips was more like a children’s portion.
